Can You Fix Or Prevent A Mid-Life Crisis In Men?
Author: Fred Andrews
Many men feel they have gone through a mid-life crisis over the years, but people just shoved it off. The truth is, many men do actually go through mid-life crises though. Some men go though hormonal changes to a higher extent than other men do, upon reaching middle age. You probably have heard of the oxymoron known as male menopause. It is an oxymoron due to the fact that men do not menstruate so how can they go through menopause, which literally means menstruation stops. The correct term for the symptoms of "male menopause" is actually andropause.
As you may have guessed from the terms, they represent symptoms that are quite similar to those experienced by a women going through menopause. The symptoms a man experiences as he goes through andropause may not be as severe as those experienced by a women, but to him, the feel just as serious. On common symptom a man experiences while going through andropause is severe unexplained mood swings.
He will swing moods at a snap of a finger. One minute he will be happy, the next depressed, the next frustrated, the next sad. He never knows how something is going to effect him. Another part of this process includes gaining weight and losing definition and/or strength from his muscles. The decrease in libido experienced by many men causes a decrease in sexual interest, as well as, a decrease in sexual performance.
Many men also experience prolonged depression while going through andropause. Other symptoms typically include insomnia, decreased energy, and weakened immune system.
It was only recently that these symptoms have been acknowledged. It is now seen that men go through much the same thing as women go thought. Unfortunately, there is not whole lot known or understood about what women go through with menopause, even thought it has been acknowledged for decades that they go through. It is not know or understood why some women experiences menopause as a young age, while others do not experience it until late in life. All that is really understood is that it is a woman's hormone levels that cause it. Since menopause is barely understood, it only goes to reason that very little is known about andropause.
The only thing known for sure is that it is also regulated by hormones. The difference is that menopause is relegated by estrogen and andropause is relegated by testosterone. Andropause begins when the levels of testosterone in a man's body are on the decline. The chaos caused in a woman's body by changing estrogen levels are quite similar to the havoc experienced by changing testosterone levels in men.
Even though little is known about andropause, its effects can be very difficult to handle. Even with this lack of knowledge, it is understood that human growth hormone supplements can help men deal with this version of menopause. The effects of aging are caused by changes in the human growth hormone. This hormone is a protein naturally produced by the body. As human growth hormone levels begin to fall as we age we notice the symptoms of aging, including: weight gain, decreased muscle tone and strength, decreased libido, lower energy levels, etc.
Provacyl is a herbal supplement of human growth hormone which helps to stimulate the pituitary gland. It does not simply fill your body with a synthetic version of human growth hormone. It actually just enhances your body's ability to produce a hormone to a greater extent than it would without the hormone. Provacyl causes your metabolic rate to increase. In effect, you have increased energy. Plus, you are able to lose weight and gain and/or rebuild your muscle tone and strength. In fact, you will be able to sleep better, have better memory and focus, and simply feel better on a daily basis.
